it has been few days since my last blog... well, i opted to be offline for a while.. enjoying the lush 'semak' in my yard.
about my home more than three months the yard been left unattanded. i can barely pass through it anymore, the lalang and semak samun, way pass the knee length. and today, pak njang saha came over with his mesin potong rumput. well, i'm so glad. i let father do all the cleaning things. he swapped away the cuts. then later in the afternoon, mother and i spent our time swapping the left behind, plus the small rocks, damn, there were so many of them. we laughed about everything passes by us.. i enjoyed the afternoon, plus very much sweating doing the chores.
about shuq
first of all, shuq didn't tell me earlier where he was going for his vacation, and about one day before his departure, he told me that he was going to Jakarta. well... i was a bit dissapointed first, as months before, he had been giving me some hints, that he might be heading to KL for his vacation this month, and surprised me by suddenly appear in front of my home, with a bouquet of roses for me... well, that did not happened.
and thing is, i was also dissapointed as he didn't tell me earlier. well after some thinking, i know that was his right to go wherever he wanted to go. but i got the satisfaction of his mother's backing me up, after even his mother wondered why didn't he spent the vacation with me instead. anyway, i guess, it will bring him (and me, hopefully) some good. getting away for a while from his routines and responsibilities, well vacation is about that, don't they? and i know he need some time out. it is good to be apart for a while. plus, i good some goodies as to ease the pain of missing him so much, that's include a bottle of CK's latest parfum! yippie!
about online job application
i got one reply mail from the online job application, it told that i have a very impressive qualification, but alas, they could not afford to hire me because of the stiff competition. err somebody, please explain to me, what does that mean?? btw, i thought as sign or courtesy, i would like to reply with a thank you to the HR manager, unfortunately, the email was actually send by the online job application company, on behalf of the manager. pass on...
about TV
at this very moment, i am watching My wife and kids over astro's disney channel. this is definitely one of my fave sitcom. i learned so much about raising kids, from this sitcom.
about forwaded emails
i received more than forwarded 20 emails from my friends. some of them, entertaining, some informative, and again, i received emails about some news spread in London, that a popular healthy drink (that we used to drink since small), contained some alcoholic element inside it. as a moslem, we are forbidden from drinking any kind of alcohol, not even one drop. and i definitely won't drink it. the problem is, anybody couold just write the email, as nobody actually verify it. how am i suppose to know the information is correct?
